Quiet Time: Mindfulness at the Movies

In an age of chronic distraction, work burnout and stress, we all need a moment to refresh and decompress. Quiet Time is designed to nurture mindfulness at the movies.

Scheduled on Sundays to help you recharge your batteries ahead of the week to come, each Quiet Time session features a guided meditation from Toronto Mindfulness teacher Moustafa Abdelrahman and a specially curated film designed to soothe your mind and activate your senses. Bring a pillow, grab a soothing cup of tea, and leave your phone at home. Give yourself the gift of a little quiet time.
